Wynn’s power to absorb other Blessed’s abilities through cannibalism cannot be determined to be rare as there are not enough Gourmands to tell- and certainly not enough who have eaten people.
The power absorption wears off fully after about 8 hours but slows down and staggers after one. The powers absorbed are based on the powers had by who Wynn eats and not the potential power the Blessing could give.
