A bit late but oh well!
The actual reason they couldn’t just teleport does make sense. They had to try and find the bird for greater impact; really the trip should have taken a bit less time; it’s rude to drop into another country without warning; AND the Cienorans didn’t want them there immediately. (Which probably had something to do with Sparrow’s murder trial and exile hm)
But we’re DONE in Cienora! No more snow for at least a few years!
The important thing to remember here is Wynn is a slow walker.
